Description

We're looking for a professional, friendly Dealership Receptionist to greet our customers with a smile. In this Front Desk Receptionist role, you'll serve as the first point of contact with all customers and provide superb customer service. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and some experience working in an admin role, preferably at a dealership. Responsibilities include increasing productivity by developing and implementing office protocols and assisting with clerical and administrative duties throughout the automotive dealership. You'll schedule necessary appointments, make travel arrangements, purchase office supplies, and assist with marketing our brand on the web and on-site events. Responsibilities

•Provide exceptional service to each guest, in person or on the phone, ensuring that they receive a world-class experience every time they talk to a representative from the company
•Document your interaction with each guest as necessary in the customer file
•Provide appointment reminder calls and follow up with missed appointments to reschedule
•Assist the team with proper record keeping including invoicing and inventory receipts
•Complete transactions utilizing the point of sale, credit card machine, and the cash drawer
•Be comfortable making follow-up phone calls to guests who have recently completed services with us or who have called to inquire about performing service with us
•Follow proper call-handling techniques to ensure that the guest is provided with the correct information
•Answer incoming calls and emails, and direct customers to the appropriate person, and field customer complaints professionally
•Work to uncover marketing opportunities and plan events for our customers to improve our reputation and visibility

Qualifications

•Valid Texas Driver's License
•Prior customer service or administrative support experience in an automotive dealership or showroom is a plus
•Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
•Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work
•Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn new programs
