We are a cleaning company that has a cleaning job in an apartment complex located in the Wilmington, Delaware market - FIVE DAYS Each Week, (Monday thru Friday) .

The Hours Are 6pm to 10pm - Each Day (4 Hours Per Day)

NOTE: Cleaner Must Be Able To Work Five Days Each Week (Monday thru Friday)

COMPENSATION: $14 per hour

Location: Wilmington, DE

***Duties and Responsibilities

  • General office cleaning
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Clean all hard floor surfaces
  • Spot clean walls, doors, frames
  • Remove trash and replace liners as necessary
***Restroom Cleaning
  • Mop floors using disinfectant cleaner
  • Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, counter, toilet partitions, mirrors
  • Clean and shall all brightwork
  • Restock supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, seat covers)
  • Remove trash and replace liners
***Conference rooms/ Break-rooms
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Clean all hard floor surfaces
  • Clean all countertops, sinks, tables, chairs, etc.
  • Organize furniture and reset to neat and orderly condition

*PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist,, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

Qualifications:
  • MUST have reliable transportation to location.
  • Previous cleaning experience a PLUS.
  • Attention To Detail
