Principal Product Manager For Docusign Maestro Company Overview: Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). What You'll Do: Maestro is Docusign's new no-code workflow orchestration platform, a central part of our new Intelligent Agreement Management offering. Maestro enables organizations to streamline complex agreement workflows, integrate with third-party systems, and ensure compliance through automation. As the Principal Product Manager for Maestro, you'll drive the evolution of key workflow capabilities, including the tools available to our customers to digitize their agreement processes. This role will be responsible for engaging with customers, defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, collaborating with engineering and design to ensure Maestro delivers best-in-class automation capabilities. You'll work with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to launch new agreement automation use cases to customers. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS product management, ideally experience designing and building no-code tools for non-technical audiences, and a strong track record of building products that span multiple components, features, and services. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management. Responsibilities: Articulate and champion the long-term product vision for Docusign Maestro as the orchestration layer of Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), driving deep integration across the Docusign suite, external systems, and partner ecosystems. Evolve and scale the Maestro platform to meet the needs of enterprise customers-expanding capabilities in reporting, auditing, monitoring, compliance, and governance. Define and grow the developer and ISV ecosystem, enabling third parties to build, extend, and monetize solutions on top of Maestro. Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations to deliver differentiated, high-impact workflow automation experiences. Lead with customer and market insight-engaging with strategic customers, conducting market research, and leveraging data to identify opportunities that shape the roadmap and influence the broader IAM strategy. Act as a strategic partner to go-to-market teams, driving adoption, packaging, and positioning strategies that expand Maestro usage and accelerate IAM growth. Routinely and effectively represent Docusign as a company spokesperson in high-level internal and external forums, including thought leader conversations, analyst briefings, and strategic customer engagements. Develop and deliver strategic communications that convey a compelling business case for Maestro, ensuring alignment across the business and the industry. Act as a seasoned coach and mentor to experienced product team members, providing guidance and direction for solving complex problems and enhancing work relationships. Lead development activities for the PM function, such as new tools or streamlined processes, and champion an inclusive and equitable work environment.
