Client Service Specialist Pay Range: $20.00/hr $30.00/hr (Hourly) Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full?time Job function: Customer Service RESPONSIBILITIES Professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure prompt, thorough resolution of issues. Facilitate quote generation, coordinate testing activities, and manage client project timelines. Identify and mitigate issues arising during the project life cycle. Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to manage logistics and incoming samples. Enter new test requests and perform data entry into the system. Review and update test requests with ambiguous client information. Use problem?solving skills to present and offer solutions to customer issues of varied complexity. Improve and enforce processes for managing internal and external outsourcing. Support client invoicing and track outsourcing costs. Assist operations management with daily operational needs. Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific or technical information and protocol test plans. Perform accurate and complete work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree. Self?starter, independent, energetic, street?smart, and highly organized. Business acumen with strong common sense and problem?solving ability. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast?paced environment. Strong phone and interpersonal skills; able to maintain composure and strengthen relationships in complex situations. Excellent Excel knowledge and tech?savvy. DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the scientific consumer product industry. Experience in start?up businesses. Knowledge of Microsoft Access or Visual Basic. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hourly pay ($20.00$30.00/hr). Yearly bonus based on performance and company results. Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays. Schedule: 40 hours per week.
