Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a vital role in ensuring that our clients have a positive and informative experience at our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IV Nutrient therapy and functional medicine, with excellent communication and patient care. Someone with strong communication skills and who is detailed orientation is preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Welcoming clients and answer question about our IV hydration and vitamin therapy services.
  • Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected.
  • Assist medical staff with maintaining a clean and sterile work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and informative experience for each client.
  • Taking and documenting client vitals, stopping fluids and discontinuing PIV lines
  • Run and interpret UA samples and look for contraindications
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
  • Keeping the clinic clean and professional with an eye for details
  • Ensure efficient clinic workflow and optimal patient care
  • Detail oriented eye for keeping the clinic well organized and peak presentation
  • Uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:
  • CNA, MA, NREMT (will consider if in schooling for a similar field)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive engagement with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to client care
