What will you be doing?

Our Back Bar Host/Bar Assist team members are in charge of greeting all guests at our back bar, checking ID's, and managing the number of guests in the space at any given time according to occupancy guidelines. The role also requires that the team members provide general support to the bar team, such providing water and menus to guests, clearing tables, managing glassware and dishes, etc. We also frequently host private events in the back bar, and during those shifts the role will be more focused on the bar assist tasks.

  • Ability to remain calm and welcoming under pressure in a high volume, intimate environment
  • Passion for providing genuine hospitality
  • Related experience or previous customer service background
  • Team player that is collaborative, patient, flexible, and open to new possibilities
  • Friday and Saturday PM availability required
