Drafting, reviewing, and revising company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws. Representing the company in wage and hour disputes, including investigations, negotiations, and litigation. Training and educating the sales team and other relevant staff on wage and hour regulations and company policies. Keeping abreast of developments in wage and hour laws and updating company policies and procedures as necessary. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on wage and hour laws. Demonstrated experience with wage and hour violations and wage laws. Proven track record of successfully handling wage and hour disputes, including litigation. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to apply their knowledge of wage and hour laws in a dynamic sales environment.
