Responsibilities:
  • Engineer, design, implement, upgrade, harden, and manage customer SAN/NAS environments.
  • Provision and allocate storage to server assets (VM, Windows and UNIX Based), including assignment of RAID level, LUN, and VOLUME configurations.
  • Provide data backup, restoration, and redundancy in line with customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of Cisco SAN Fabrics, Brocade SAN Fabrics, EMC SAN/NAS storage technologies and NFS, iSCSI, CIFS, S3, and FC storage protocols.
  • Experience with Dell EMC storage solutions such as Data Domain, Avamar, Isilon and Dell's line of Power Servers.
Must have knowledge and experience:
  • Dell and/or VMware product knowledge
  • Incident response experience
  • Background in security space
  • Be able to travel to client's location, when needed on short notice
