Job Description

As an IT professional, evaluates, recommends, and reviews access controls for company owned information systems. Helps maintain security functions, processes and policies in alignment with business requirements and industry standards. This position is listed as hybrid, but there is potential for remote.
Assist with periodic audits of various information systems to determine appropriate level of access. Develop and audit existing safeguards and protective measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.
Identify and notifies management concerning risk, vulnerabilities and other security exposures, including misuse of information assets and noncompliance.
Create and maintain documentation of security processes, procedures, and support service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained. Including, but not limited to OT and Supply Chain processes.
Assist with identity lifecycle management using existing automation tools while working with business partners to identify specific needs and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with IT members to help identity and manage security controls with new and upcoming projects to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience. Security and/or Audit certification(s) a plus: CompTIA: Cybersecurity Analyst (CSA+), ISC2: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or other relevant cybersecurity industry certifications. EXPERIENCE List experience preferred to be qualified for the position - Three to five years of progressive experience in Information Technology is required. Three or more years in IT Security related job function a plus.
Knowledge - Knowledge and experience in developing and documenting security audits and business process improvement.
Skills - Proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with non-technical individuals to assist in the decision process relating to IT Security. Define problems, collect data, analyzes available information and evaluates results to choose the best solutions.
