Our client is a very successful well established manufacturer with headquarters near Chicago, and they have manufacturing locations throughout the United States.

Due to their continued growth, the company is seeking to add a Director of Engineering who will

oversee all capital projects, upgrades, expansions and related engineering projects across all US facilities
lead a team of multi-talented employees
empower a collaborative atmosphere where ideas and solutions are cultivated
assist with acquisitions, expansions and new facilities with multiple large capital projects in the pipeline

Requirements

Exceptional compensation and benefits.

Engineering Degree
Years of project engineering experience, with a focus on process/packaging design and project management of large capital initiatives
Experience managing projects at least $5MM+ in size, preferably larger.
Must have experience with high-speed packaging equipment, prefer industry experience with foods, beverages, baking, CPG, plastics or closely related industries
