Associate Director Quality Control needed with Associate of Science degree or Foreign Equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or Regulatory Affairs and two (2) years experience as Associate Director Quality Control or Management Staff performing the following job duties: Responsible for management of Quality Control Department. Maintain the cGMP and GLP practices in Quality control laboratory. Train and monitor quality control employees. Coordinate Quality control activities with team for policy deployment objectives. Manage planning and designing methods to improve and enhance existing procedures. Monitor Quality control budget. Responsible for Work simplification/Cost saving activities in the department. Monitor all QC KPIs, SLA, Productivity, and Reduce Testing. Review and approval of qualification, validation, and Calibration data of the Quality control Instruments/Equipment/software. Procurement of new instruments, accessories, and Lab chemicals. Handle QMS documentation; Change control, deviation, risk analysis, and out of specification. Participate in the process of recruitment of Quality Control Personnel, approval for leave, and Performance Appraisal for Quality Control personnel. Benefits: Health Insurance & PTO.
