Summary of Job:

Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator at Lee Company and play a pivotal role in driving our growth of our commercial and residential business across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Georgia. In this dynamic position, you'll develop and implement marketing strategies, manage digital and offline campaigns, and create compelling content across multiple platforms. With a focus on lead generation and brand awareness, you'll coordinate events, handle social media advertising, and maintain vendor relations. Ideal for individuals with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and 3+ years of related experience. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our marketing efforts while advancing your skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, with hands-on experience in B2B Marketing (preferably in Construction or Facility Management)

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in CRM, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation software is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to move projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in WordPress and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage time effectively, organize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead others in the direction they need to go to accomplish key goals
