Warehouse Manager

This exempt position is based in our Reserve, LA manufacturing facility and reports to the Director of Operations.

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Warehouse Manager to be responsible for supervising the warehouse team, managing inventory, shipping sales orders, and receiving incoming raw materials shipments. The working hours of this position are 7:00 am through 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. General Responsibilities

: Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping/receiving, and customer service. Train associates in and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse. Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped or received in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations enterprise resource planning system (Deacom). What we offer
