Position Responsibilities: Proactively resolve requests from supervisor which may include tracking information, gathering data from multiple sources, and creating reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, or other programs. Support Wealth Advisors with prospecting lists, scheduling, organizing calling campaigns, etc. Support ongoing efforts for growth with new clients and existing revenue generation from current established relationships. Interact with other departments to obtain needed information or request that certain actions be taken; follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner. Efficiently maintain calendars, monitoring and responding to emails; prepare client presentations and marketing materials for sales calls; process T & E expense reports and online travel arrangements. Document and maintain results of the Wealth Advisors' calls and appointments; process estate planning documents for entry into Future Appointment Vault. Prepare documentation for opening of new fiduciary, investment management, and custody accounts; verify information on documents, and send supporting documentation as necessary. Verify client/entity is not on the OFAC list before proceeding with account opening process. Prepare EDDQs for due diligence; enter information on new account opening database and initiate asset collection process in a timely manner; follow asset collection process to a successful conclusion by written and/or verbal communication. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
