Job Summary
Enforce company's OT Cyber Security Policies and Practices throughout the Fleet. Responsible for assessing, implementing and monitoring cyber security solutions to ensure secure Rig Operations. Ensure that the proper Cybersecurity measures are in place to mitigate security risk to Rig Industrial Control Systems Networks.

Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain OT security policies, processes, procedures, and controls to maintain a high level of security compliance across the fleet.
  • Develop and maintain company requirements for monitoring security events, local and remote access request, patching of OT systems and installing software updates.
  • Develop acceptance and rejection criteria for OT Cyber Security solutions as well as criteria for selecting approved vendors to work on OT systems.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and IT departments to complete and comply with all OT security audits and security questionaires.
  • Work with key manufacturers and vendors to develop best practices for OT Cyber Security systems to ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of OT systems.
  • Facilitate and/or conduct OT security assessments to identify risk and gaps. Provides input for risk mitigation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Perform security assessments on all new or proposed OT software and hardware solutions.
  • Investigate and provide leadership as needed in response to all reported real and potential OT Cyber Security Events. Ensure that root causes are identified, and lessons learned are implemented into company standards and system requirements to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Analyze and advise the appropriate departments on new security technologies, emerging threats, and vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
  • Participate in security awareness presentations and trainings for offshore personnel, contractors, and customer teams.
Education
  • Minimum Required - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation Controls, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant experience
  • Preferred Level - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation Controls
Experience
  • Minimum Required - Minimum of 8 years of experience of System Integration with Offshore Rig control systems, 5 years of Industrial networking and field bus expertise, 3 years of Industrial Control System security experience
  • Preferred Level - Minimum of 10 years of experience of System Integration with Offshore Rig control systems
Skills
  • Minimum Required - Offshore Rig Control Systems (Drilling, Subsea, DP, VMS, PMS, F&G, ESD, Cranes), working knowledge of NIST Cyber Security Framework, IEC 62443/ISA99 and ISO 27001/02, understanding operational impacts and risk in a process control environment, understanding differences between IT and OT environments
