American Financial, an affiliate of American Car Center, is seeking a Bankruptcy Coordinator for our corporate location in Memphis, TN. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated with an inquisitive mindset and capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple responsibilities. If you are detail-oriented and have proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to speak with you
Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to all inquiries
- Set up loans and legal documents
- Prepare affidavits
- Update the Bankruptcy Managers Calendar
- Perform other related duties as required or as assigned
- Ability to computer basic match calculations
- Must be computer savvy with the ability to operate at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to go above and beyond to deliver quality work
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
