•Analyze sales data, revenue and order trends to identify key drivers
•Conduct variance analysis to compare monthly, quarterly and annual actual performance against budget

Corporate
•Support the preparation of various reports, including the weekly flash report, financial reporting package
•Key team member in the planning and development of the annual consolidated budget
•Monthly monitor and analyze corporate expenses between actual results and the budget, identify cost savings opportunities and efficiency improvement
•Assist corporate departments in developing, managing, and tracking their budgets. Provide guidance and support throughout the budgeting process to ensure alignment with overall corporate financial goals.
•Develop insights and report out on public customers and national retailers earnings reports to help the business understand the external environment
Division Support - Thermoforming
•Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reports for operations. Analyze variances between actual results and budget.
•Assist in monthly raw materials analysis and report out
•Support financial modeling and other ad hoc analysis requests
•Work closely with operations, supply chain, and other departments to provide financial expertise and support
•Provide insight based on factual data gathered within the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
•3-5+ year of business finance / analytics professional experience
•Proficiency in financial modeling, excel and financial software. Experience with data warehouses and data visualization tools
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
•High level of integrity, initiative and a proactive approach to work
