Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team. – Communication: Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers. –

Organization: You enjoy having a plan and achieving your goals, you also flex your problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling a project or two. –

Basic Business Skills: Proven ability to understand business math including analyzing P&Ls and enjoys learning and becoming an expert in technology. –

Travel: Ability to travel to our corporate headquarters in La Plata, MD for training events. –
