-Position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools according to specifications.

-Perform all work w strong commitment to safety and quality.

-10%-90% of day is welding, so must be open to performing all shop and fabrication duties.

-Grinding, prep, layout, touch up paint, bracketing.

-Operation and efficient use of hand tools
