Talent Sourcer

TRIA Consulting seeks a Talent Sourcer who is extremely resourceful and can find candidates for highly technical, specialized, and/or hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

    • Work with the Recruitment Manager to research and gather market intelligence, understand when the marketplace presents recruiting opportunities, research and target new talent sourcing channels, and constantly work to uncover new hidden talent.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels and company web page/social media marketing to search for potential and passive candidates to help build talent pipelines for our client's current and future hiring needs.
    • Work closely with recruiters to deeply understand the technical and non-technical requirements of the roles before sourcing.
    • Conduct strategic research and sourcing campaigns on company's social media, and through google searches and resume websites.
    • Research and gather market intelligence to identify when shifts in the marketplace present recruiting opportunities.
    • Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent
    • Identify candidates and engage in prescreening communication via InMail, email, phone, tweet, text, social media, etc. Complete the pre-screening tool for all candidates. Send the candidate's most up-to-date resume to the Recruiter and schedule the recruiter interview.
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a high-volume, sourcing-heavy staffing firm, in-house/talent acquisition sourcing, or recruiting support role
    • Proven Boolean experience and high familiarity with recruiting and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Job boards, etc)
    • Experience working with an ATS system (Job Diva, Bullhorn, etc)
    • Clear, concise, and engaging written communicator. Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
    • Organized, with strict attention to detail.
    • Deadline-driven and resourceful
    • Strong and friendly verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Eagerness to learn and grow within sourcing and recruitment
    • Participate in special recruiting and sales projects and duties as assigned
    • Must be able to work quickly and accurately within a fast-moving team focused environment
