Dental Experienced Treatment Coordinator needed to support our growing Office Manager and practice.

Qualifiedcandidate must possess the following skills:

Minimum 1-3 yearsmanaging a dental office.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills

Greatorganizational skills that include a talent for managing"impossible" schedules, keeping the office and team ontask, while staying focused on the over-archingpriorities

Compassionateactive listener who interacts well with patients through everycommunication channel

Proven successin managing team, schedule, & patient flow to meetfinancial targets for profitability

Highlyexperienced using Dentrix or other dental software, CareStack isa plus, Microsoft Office applications includinghigh-level of competency with Excel

Bookkeepingexperience and managing office invoices required.

Priormanagement experience in the medical or dental fielddesired.

Deepunderstanding of marketing, Customer support.
