Resumen: El Representante de Atencin al Cliente de Port Services lleva a cabo todas las actividades de servicio al cliente, como responder consultas, procesar pedidos y recibos y manejar quejas de manera rpida, corts y efectiva. Otras responsabilidades incluyen responder/enrutar llamadas telefnicas, saludar a los visitantes, programar y otras tareas administrativas segn las indicaciones del supervisor de servicio al cliente o el gerente de oficina. Responsabilidades: Interacta en una buena relacin de trabajo con los clientes respondiendo a todas las consultas y quejas relacionadas con rdenes de trabajo, facturas, envos, recuentos de inventario, etc. de manera corts y eficaz. Procesa e ingresa todos los pedidos de los clientes. Produce informes de existencias para verificar la disponibilidad del producto. Produce todo el papeleo relacionado y la informacin necesaria requerida para las rdenes de trabajo del cliente Coordina las solicitudes de envo especiales y de ltima hora con los Departamentos de Trfico y Operaciones, agilizando cualquier pedido segn sea necesario. Proporciona seguimiento con otros departamentos para garantizar que se cumplan los estndares de servicio. Asegura la facturacin adecuada de las cuentas al verificar las facturas generadas por computadora Prepara la informacin de envo y rastreo para los clientes segn sea necesario Mantiene registros de daos y registros de pedidos pendientes Comunica los comentarios de los clientes a la gerencia, incluidos los signos de insatisfaccin. Acta como enlace entre el almacn y el cliente en la administracin de las cuentas y entre la oficina y los clientes con respecto a la facturacin y los cambios de crdito. Supervisa todo el papeleo asociado con los pedidos y mantiene los archivos correspondientes Mantiene un manual de procedimientos actualizado y preciso, que detalla los requisitos de procesamiento para cada cuenta Calificaciones: Diploma de HS o equivalente requerido Slidos conocimientos informticos, incluidas las aplicaciones de MS Office Habilidades bsicas de mecanografa Familiaridad con 10 teclas Sistemas de software de envo que incluyen UPS y Federal Express Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin oral y escrita Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente Debe ser capaz de trabajar en diferentes condiciones de las instalaciones.
