In the Customer Service Department, your role will be supportive of sales and customer service resolution in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric) Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs Assist customers with order resolutions Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved Adhere to confidentiality regulations Proofread data and ensure accuracy SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred High School Diploma/GED/College required Ability to type 40 WPM preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and drive to succeed BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401K Paid Holidays Vacation and Personal Time Employee appreciation events Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
