Utilizes power equipment including but not limited to, scrubbers and waxing equipment to provide heavier cleaning assistance when assigned. Secures facility as directed. Light painting as directed. Provide set up assistance including chairs, tables etc, as required. Shovel/salt walking surfaces surrounding the facility as assigned. Maintain cleanliness of the outside area surrounding the facility as assigned. Classified as emergency personnel and must report for designated duties in the event of inclement weather conditions; time and duties assigned by the Director of Facilities and/or Custodial & Warehouse Supervisor. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of two years of prior work experience as a custodian Strong communication skills both oral and written.
