Job Title: Mold Setter - 1st/2nd shift - Direct Hire2nd shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM 3rd shift: 10:15 PM - 6:45 AMJob DescriptionCandidates will be responsible for: •Executing all mold changes as per the production schedule and handling all emergency mold changes. •Properly setting up all molds and related functions, including watering of the mold, knockout, hot runner setup, hydraulics, and pneumatics. •Setting parameters of the molding press according to the process verification sheet if applicable. •Repairing any fluid or air leaks related to the mold. •Pulling and resetting all mold halves for mold repair purposes. •Loading and unloading all mold-carrying trucks. •Installing and removing all auxiliary equipment from the molding floor. •Maintaining an orderly appearance of the mold storage area. •Ensuring the orderly appearance of all mold-setting supplies, including removing all supplies from the molding machine and immediate area. •Returning the 'Book' to the Quality area when removing the mold from the press. •Completing, submitting, and filing all paperwork in a timely manner. •Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including the quality policy manual, associate handbook, and Level II procedures. •Complying with all internal and OSHA-required safety procedures. •Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.Pay Rate:$20-$24/hourAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
