My client is currently hiring for an Accounting role with competitive pay and growth potential
Qualifications to Apply:
+ Need ERP experience (SAP is a plus)
+ Must have 2-3+ years of general accounting experience in a corporate environment, no mom and pop (JE, month end, reconciliations, GL, etc.)
+ Must have experience dealing with cash (reconciliation of cash, clearing cash daily, applying payments)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
+ Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Job Description:
+ Cash balance and reconciliations for Banking Accounts daily
+ Vendor Master, Material Master and TRSNET upkeep for AP Vendors in SAP
+ Sales Tax Filings
+ End of month Cash update
+ Setting up Wire requests for Payment Via Wire as needed
+ Approving ACH payments on a weekly Basis.
+ Provide Bank Statements to Corporate on a monthly Basis
+ Tracking of Intercompany Drafts and deposits
+ Posting automatic drafts and Clearing Cash account activity in SAP
+ Other activities as needed to help support Audits , etc.
