Job Description

Night Shift 6pm-6am

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading trucks, receiving raw materials and products, and picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and/or shipping products using forklift and pallet jack. Must be able to operate a Forklift and/pallet jack in a safe manner.
  • Maintain receiving/shipping logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition.
  • Maintains the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
  • Uphold the Hostess Brands food safety, legality, integrity, and quality systems and product standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous Forklift experience is preferred but we will train. Must be able to pass the Forklift written and driver test after training.
  • Requires high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing warehouse and/or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Additional post-secondary education is preferred (i.e.: Technical or Vocational education) in areas of material handling, warehouse, distribution, packaging, etc.
