Overview
First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Sr. Operations Representative who is responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely processing of all work relating to ACH processing while ensuring all ACH NACHA Operating rules, regulations, and policies are followed. The ideal candidate will communicate with members and vendors with timely responses while maintaining a high level of accurate, courteous service at every interaction.
This person will also serve as an on-the-job lead to junior team members as well as act as the point of contact for audits. In addition, the Sr. Operations Representative may represent the Operations team for project and initiative discussions with other stakeholders.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity reporting to the Associate Operations Manager and can be based in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, Washington. The target starting hourly rate in CA is between $28.00 and $34.00.
Responsibilities
• Review and process all Daily ACH exception files, A2A Files and cancellations, and ACH Zelle Returns.
• Review and process Written Statements of Unauthorized Debits (WSUD) and ACH Stop Payments.
• Process NOCs (Notification of Change) and Death Notices.
• Review IAT (International ACH Transactions) Verafin Alerts.
• Create accurate Analysis Reports as delegated and updates OPS Monthly KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Operations Team, providing support in all departmental areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and internal policies.
• Adhere to established SLAs for escalation items via internal communication channels.
• Support the maintenance of departmental job aids and escalate opportunities for improvement to leadership.
• Assist in process improvements by developing procedure enhancements to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Fulfill any other assigned duties, as necessary.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
