Our client has a direct hire opening for an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Analyst.Looking for a passionate and experienced ESG Analyst to drive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management and decarbonization performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing the sustainability strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the business and contribute to sustainability goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the formulation, delivery, and communication of the sustainability strategy, aligned with company goals and industry best practices.Drive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, with a focus on decarbonization and resource efficiency.Identify, manage, and respond to stakeholder expectations for operating a responsible and sustainable business.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to integrate sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making processes.Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging ESG trends, risks, and opportunities.Monitor and report on key ESG metrics and performance indicators, tracking progress towards sustainability goals.Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, NGOs, and regulatory bodies, to enhance transparency and accountability.Support ESG-related disclosure and reporting efforts, including sustainability reports, ESG ratings, and indices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability strategy, or related field.Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.Experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions.Proficiency in sustainability reporting and disclosure standards.Commitment to ethical business practices and corporate responsibility.Ability to travel 30-50% within U.S. to other plantsESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Analyst - 24-00388#J-18808-Ljbffr
