*Full Job Description*

As a estimator you will be responsible for all day to day operations. Qualifications and tasks include but not limited to:
* Journeyman plumbing and gas fitter license required
* Must have extensive proven knowledge in plumbing code
* Assist in developing proposals to support job requirements and organizational goals
* Do all material and labor take offs
* Must maintain job estimates in accordance with established policy and procedure
* Must have onsite plumbing installation skills
* Job may entail visits to jobsites
* Design plumbing lay outs in accordance with local plumbing codes
* Ensure that all documents are accurate and up to date
* Submit RFI's and other communications with general contractors
* Professional interactions and clear communication with General Contractors, office personal and inspectors
* Experience in construction management is an asset
* Ability to develop critical path and estimating schedule
* Must be able to work independently as well as with others as a team
* Should exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience with adobe and Microsoft office, specifically word and excel a must
