Job Description
Understanding of ITSM frameworks.
Adept in the development of automated tools, systems, and services in multiple technology domains with excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills

3-5 years' experience in the following tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, and cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Work in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) culture, driving long term stability and enhancements
•Emphasis on strong troubleshooting skills

4+ years of Production technical support
Responsible for problem management process activities to remediate chronic problems.
Monitor system for possible issues, performing system health checks as required
Monitor and support production applications and environments
Document and maintain installation and operations procedures.
Participate in the 24x7x365 support coverage
