Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance and management of GPO membership (LOC, PMDF), GPO and Individual fees and rebate payments. The Pricing and Contract Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality standards are met when servicing customers. This includes efficiently maintaining pricing contracts and rebates. In addition, this role must work closely with the sales team and customer service to ensure orders are priced correctly in a timely manner.

+ Analyze and resolve discrepancies reported by Distributors, Customers and Sales Reps.

+ Review signed customer contracts and ensure timely and accurate implementation in pricing system.

+ Administer the set up and payment of admin fees and rebates associated with the GPO, End Customer and Distributor contracts.

+ Perform system and regression testing when new programs or enhancements to programs are implemented.

+ Manage GPO and IDN membership databases.

+ Format and organize reporting data in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

+ Latin America end customer pricing maintenance.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or similar

+ 5+ years of experience within Contracts/Pricing

+ Experience with Pharmaceutical contracts / compliance

+ Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

+ Experience with rebates, GPO preferred

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with various internal stakeholders

+ Microsoft Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

+ This position will be a hybrid role with 3-4 days remote and 1-2 days on-site at the company's Princeton, NJ office location.
