Position Overview

Accent Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing team. Key Responsibilities

Departmental Leadership:

Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Marketing Department.
Cultivate a collaborative culture where team members are empowered to contribute their unique skills and expertise.

Collaboration With Sales

Work closely with the sales department to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Contribute to the development of strategies that enhance the overall customer and prospect experience.

Brand Enhancement And Communication

Drive initiatives to enhance company branding and communication.
Ensure consistent messaging and representation across all marketing channels.

Strategic Campaigns

Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns.
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team.

Thought Leadership

Act as a thought leader within the marketing field, bringing innovative ideas and industry insights to the team.
Leverage previous experience to guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Proactive Team Culture

Embrace and encourage a proactive team culture where individuals are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of the team.
Foster a collaborative spirit, encouraging team members to contribute beyond their defined roles.

Process Improvement And Large Projects

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the marketing department.
Lead large-scale marketing projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing.
Strong knowledge of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
Proficient in current SEO techniques and practices.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
Strong understanding and experience in creating integrated campaigns spanning online and offline channels.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
Willingness to stay updated with latest marketing trends and strategies.
Budget management skills.
