A well established and family oriented company in the Gentry area is seeking an experience Human Resource Generalist to Join their team In this position, being bilingual in Spanish is REQUIRED.

The Human Resource Generalist will:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement succession planning strategies.
  • Oversee workforce management activities, including scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as PLEX to manage employee data and generate reports.
  • Assist with organization design initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement affirmative action plans to promote diversity and inclusion.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications.
  • Familiarity with succession planning strategies and implementation.
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
