As a new Physical Therapist at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you will work collaboratively with our team to assess residents' needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow team members, communicate with families, and provide compassionate care to residents. Your role will involve documenting patient progress and participating in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Additionally, you will stay current on best practices in Physical Therapy to continuously improve the quality of care you provide.
