Better Together Brands is launching a residential and commercial cleaning business in the Tampa Bay area called Maid Right. We are looking for experienced Lead Cleaners with entrepreneurial desires like YOU In this role, you will service a growing cleaning route, provide hands-on residential cleaning, maintain long-term customer relationships, and be supported and mentored as you grow your rote and your leadership skills.

We invest in YOU by providing vetted customer accounts that transition to recurring service, proper cleaning standards and QA checklists to help you consistently deliver a premium clean, recruiting and hiring assistance to help you hire your "dream team", and route scheduling and customer service. As a bonus, we will mentor you with guidance and support so you can develop your career as a Lead Cleaner and Route Owner. The ideal candidate has over 3 years cleaning experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

***Working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and weekend work is also available***

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Actively clean as operational needs require
  • Supervise cleaning team in the field
  • Perform QA inspections to ensure excellence
  • Complete home and light commercial cleaning jobs
  • Plan and manage scheduled jobs within scheduled timeframes
  • Organize and manage equipment and supplies to complete daily tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Secure 5 star GOOGLE reviews from your clients
  • Sell further services to customers to grow the business
  • Conduct local marketing activities around each job

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of cleaning, labor, or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of experience supervising cleaning teams in the field
  • Deep knowledge of principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in cleaning industry
  • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
  • Ability to manage a residential cleaning team to achieve desired results
  • A strong work ethic and highly dependable
  • Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (25+ lbs), and handling tools
  • Perform hands-on cleaning as operational needs require
  • Florida Driver's License
  • Successful completion of background checks


COMPENSATION

Hourly: $18 - $25/hour + performance bonus + auto, gas, and cell phone allowance
