This position is responsible for serving as a strategic leader of the Sales & Marketing Management Team translating organization’s short and long-term goals into actionable marketing and product management activities. Focusing on leading a team of individuals who are responsible for analyzing market opportunities, market strategy development, and implementation of product management and marketing programs.

25% - Manage marketing and product management team. Develop a culture of high performance and employee engagement by inspiring, developing, and motivating internal talent. Facilitate good discussions with employees in order to understand their professional goals and aspirations. Create an environment of open communication that fosters upward feedback and suggestions. Make well informed decisions, demonstrate initiative, exhibit autonomy and execute on organization initiatives. (Measure by Employee Engagement and Retention)

25% - Lead strategic planning for marketing and product management initiatives working cross functionally to gain input and alignment. Execute Marketing strategies in order to achieve profitable revenue growth – position the market offering, develop new market offerings, global market offerings. Marketing Decisions – manage product lines and brands, management and implement Marketing programs. Ensure that Marketing strategies are appropriately integrated into the objectives and plans of the sales force by working collaboratively with sales management.

20% - Manage departmental financial objective, forecast and budget process. Identification, creation, and execution of departmental objectives & plans (including all direct report annual incentive plans as needed). Management of departments cost center – revenues, gross profit, and expenses.

15% - Identify, research, and analyze market opportunities – gather information and measure market demand, analyze buyer behavior, competition focus, and identification of market segments and select market targets.

15% - Serve as liaison, individually and departmentally, between Sales/Marketing and all other appropriate departments in order to execute organizational strategic plans. Performs other duties as assigned.
