**JOB SUMMARY**
The training coordinator helps the training and organizational development of Baylor Scott & White Health. The training coordinator is accountable for the planning and implementation of learning and development programs for the purpose of enhancing both individual and organizational effectiveness
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**
+ Partner with vendor companies to implement training programs related to the specific service line being trained.
+ Coordinate and administer program logistics including training enrollment, marketing of program, registration, CME application, evaluations, and file management.
+ Procure training instructions, set-up training, assist with paperwork, AV needs and all other facility set-up that is required, including preparation of all training materials.
+ Collect assessment and client feedback data; examine in conjunction with the Learning & Development team to establish program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
+ Communicate with enrollees to ensure all pre-training requirements are met before start date.
+ Oversee the training process from beginning to end, maintaining direct contact with vendor representative and enrollees.
+ Submit all invoices for payment to both the outside vendor and the director of financial help within the team. To include, but not limited to catering, facility and training.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ EDUCATION - Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
+ EXPERIENCE - 2 Years of Experience
