Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):

* Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum

* Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally

* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment

* Keep bar area clean in accordance with the companys guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department

* Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and on the pool deck satisfied at all times

* Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift

* Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Position Requirements:

* Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages

* Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage

* Ability to perform basic math skills

* Ability to handle money and make correct change

* Comprehension of POS system

* Ability to speak, read, write and understand English

* Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment

Education:

* High School education or equivalent

* Previous hospitality and bartending experience is required

Typical Physical / Mental Demands:

* The primary work location for this position is outdoors

* Will be exposed to elements including heat, wind, and potentially inclement weather

* Will be required to lift items up to 40 lbs

* Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time

* Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch

* Must use hands to reach, grasp, handle, pull and push

* Must have good near and far vision

* Must be able to hear, talk, smell
