About ANDRITZ

The ANDRITZ GROUP is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services for hydropower stations, the pulp and paper industry, the metalworking and steel industries, and solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial sectors. In addition, ANDRITZ offers technologies for certain other sectors including automation, the production of animal feed and biomass pellets, pumps, machinery for nonwovens and plastic films, steam boiler plants, biomass boilers and gasification plants for energy generation, flue gas cleaning plants, plants for the production of panel boards (MDF), thermal sludge utilization, and biomass torrefaction plants.

ANDRITZ (PKP - Knife Systems) is seeking a self-motivated individual to provide support to the product managers and service area for Knife Systems. This position will report to Oldsmar, FL.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* 5+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Inventory Accountant, Financial Analyst, or Procurement/Purchasing Administrator-Analyst. * Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required. * Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. * SAP experience is required. * Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. * Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner. * Perform moderately complex tasks requiring a fundamental knowledge of the Company's products and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties, and may change based on the needs of the organization:

Generate SAP quote numbers and electronic folders for Upgrade, Rebuild, Field Service, and Service Contract customer quotes. * Prepare and distribute service contract quotes to the customer. * Prepare completed field service orders for customer invoicing. * Audit all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to entering order. * Enter and acknowledge sales orders in SAP. * Generate and track purchase requisitions for project purchasing from request forms provided by Project Managers * Maintain both hard file and electronic file for all projects, field service orders, service contracts, and off-site inventory. * Analyze and maintain project status report for all projects and service contracts. * Schedule and report activities/jobs of the representatives on a weekly schedule. * Assist Project Managers in maintaining project forecast and releasing monthly. * Assist with various project accounting functions using SAP. * Work with accounting and other departments to correct outstanding items as needed. * Prepare and distribute various weekly and monthly reports.
