  • Responsible for reconciling hotel paperwork, posting to guest accounts.
  • Closing the day, greeting all guest in a pleasant, courteous and enthusiastic manner while registering guest information and settling guest accounts for the hotel.
  • Manage phone activity including providing general knowledge to callers.
  • Manage walk-in traffic.
  • Register and assign rooms to guest.
  • Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to the management.
  • Stock the front desk whit daily supplies.
  • Verify all accounts posting and balance.
  • Any additional duties as defined by the Front Desk Supervisor or Front Office Manager
Experience:

1 year of Oracle - OPERA (recommended)

1 year of Hotel Front Desk Experience (required)

  • 7AM
