Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop testing solutions and automation (C#/Selenium) to promote confidence in solutions.
  • Design and execute test plans and test cases for larger multi-component products across multiple resources and parallel development tracks.
  • Analyze business requirements and design documents for completeness and testability to mitigate risks.
  • Identify and track defects, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technology teams to resolve issues.
  • Serve as a technical champion for quality assurance practices. Provide technical expertise and support on key initiatives for the quality and correctness of solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance guidance and testing strategies.
  • Participate in the selection, support and maintenance of testing automation tools, including the development of technical documentation and guidance.
