">Aerotek is seeking a skilled Industrial HVAC Maintenance Expert to join our team. As an Industrial HVAC Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial HVAC/R equipment.
">About the Role
">This is a fully onsite position where you will work independently for the majority of the time, with occasional on-call periods. You will be required to climb ladders (up to 28ft extension ladder) and lift up to 75 pounds.
">Responsibilities
">- Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial HVAC systems, including filter replacements, coil cleaning, and lubrication of moving parts.
- Conduct repairs and troubleshooting on Industrial/Commercial HVAC systems, using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools.
- Work on various types of industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, chillers, and air handlers.
- Drive to different service locations within a designated area, navigating through traffic and inclement weather.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair status and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements
">- 4-6 years of experience in industrial or commercial HVAC service, preferably with a strong background in maintenance and repairs.
- EPA Recovery or Refrigeration License, as well as a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders safely, with a maximum weight limit of 75 pounds.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, including gas line changes and disconnect replacement.
- Experience with controls or VRF systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.
- Lift certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
