Connect with your calling We are growing our IT department and are looking for a Full time IT Architect The IT Architect reports directly to the Manager of Cloud Applications. This position works in partnership with Accounting & Finance, Operations and Clinical teams to deliver high quality application solutions for business needs. Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. System Administration Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of system(s) and troubleshooting user questions for EHR (Netsmart), accounting/finance including billing platform (Yardi) and e-Procurement (Zycus). Ensure data integrity through audit checks, security maintenance, upgrade impact reviews, and creation of protocols/ standards. Collaborate with sponsors and super users on set-up/design and manage system configuration. Create test scenarios and perform tests to ensure all processes function according to predetermined goals. Leverage product capabilities & consistently improve processes. Manage release, upgrade, and patch process for all assigned systems. Lead research and implementation of new functionality. Understand and trouble-shoot interfaces, webservices, API, etc. Serve as liaison to IT for interfaces to assigned systems. Document system configuration and functionality. Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding Company information and ensure proper destruction of confidential documents. Projects Technical lead for EHR implementation project, coordinate with implementation team regularly, configuration of new communities as they onboard the new EHR, support to end users and trainers as needed. Collaborate with business partners to assess, determine, and plan rollout of new initiatives and mini projects. Serve as primary liaison between vendors of assigned systems (Yardi, NetSmart, Zycus). Collaborate with appropriate internal departments and external vendors to coordinate technology upgrades and/or fixes. Internal Customer Support Maintain a positive user experience across platforms by providing prompt and outstanding customer support. Understand and prioritize internal customer needs and respond appropriately to support requests. Ensure all end user issues are resolved, including system functionality issues. Create position-specific documentation and job aids. Provide training to all levels of users. Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience required. Professional Aptitude Analysis of financial systems experience preferred (Accounts Payable, Receivable, Billing/Invoicing). 3 years’ experience preferred analyzing and documenting complex business processes and developing business requirement specificationsfor Information Systems. Ability to understand and apply technical concepts. Understanding of senior living/healthcare industry a plus. Technical Minimum 3 years’ experience with RDBMS preferred. Knowledge of SQL language Excellent skills in MS Office suite Experience withSoftware Development Life Cycles Fast learner, ability to multitask and field priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Knows how to work with different teams and personality types. A desire and curiosity to learn established and emerging technologies to satisfy business needs. Ability to define, propose and execute process improvement projects.
