The PSR is responsible for greeting patients and patient check#in and check out; verification and maintenance of patient insurance/financial information;#patient communication with required staff; patient scheduling and medical history in the EHR system, and additional office-specific tasks as instructed. Patient Service Representative Position Requirements## Previous physician office experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Experience with electronic health record preferred. High School graduate or equivalent required.
