Terminal Operator

Job Title: General Laborer $18-$21/hr, Overtime, Weekly Pay, Immediate HireJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Terminal Operator to join our team. This role involves multiple duties that require physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varied environmental conditions. The Terminal Operator will be responsible for handling silica material, packaging, and general maintenance tasks.ResponsibilitiesAttach large bags to a chute to catch silica material, operating a lever to control the volume to match the order. The bag is placed on a scale to show the weight.Lift 50lb bags from a waist-high table and stack them on a pallet. Bags are produced every 30 seconds.Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material.Drive a forklift after the first month of employment, with provided training.Drive trucks into the facility (not on public roads) after the first month of employment, with provided training.Perform general cleanup of workstations.Essential SkillsGeneral labor experienceProficiency with hand toolsExperience in packing and packagingForklift operationLoading and unloadingExperience in constructionAbility to consistently lift 50 lbsAbility to get respirator fitExperience in working in hot and cold environmentsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in oil and gas industryExperience in picking and packagingWhy Work Here?Enjoy a $1 raise each year on your anniversary, capping at $23 after the third year. There is potential for promotion to a Plant Operator position, with earnings up to $28/hour. The company is highly safety-conscious and environmentally aware.Work EnvironmentThis position operates on the first shift, from 6am-6pm. A 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks are available but not mandatory. The average work week consists of 5, 6, or 7 days.
