KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cost Analysis: Perform in-depth cost analysis, reviewing manufacturing costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

  • Cost Control: Develop and implement effective cost control measures in alignment with budgetary guidelines.

  • Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements related to manufacturing costs.

  • Budget Management: Assist in creating and monitoring manufacturing budgets, tracking expenses and variances.

  • Inventory Valuation: Participate in inventory valuation and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Variance Analysis: Analyze and report on variances between budgeted and actual costs, providing insights to management.

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to cost management.

  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards and regulations, particularly related to manufacturing costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Bring 2+ years of experience in cost accounting and financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software.

  • Expert Knowledge: Have excellent knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial regulations.

  • Communication Skills: Possess effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
