Warranty Analyst

Overview: The Warranty Analyst is responsible for ensuring that warranty claims and concealed damage orders are processed in a timely manner while ensuring credits are issued promptly. The analyst will provide training for new service companies and distributors on proper use of the warranty system. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact to customers, answering warranty-related questions and resolving concerns. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support internal and external requests. Assess opportunities to improve systems and/or processes; assist in developing and implementing solutions. Assist in vendor recovery efforts related to warranty. Qualifications Experience and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Completed training in Computer Software Programming/Use, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related business fields preferred. Skills and Abilities: Systems-proficient; particularly Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally across levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Solid organizational skills; ability to self-manage workload and handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Customer-centric; adept at cultivating relationships and consistently delivering an efficient, positive customer experience. Demonstrates curiosity; strong analytical and research skills, leveraging multiple sources of data to proactively identify appropriate solutions. Travel: No regular travel required; ability to travel as needed. Standard and Physical Requirements: Position involves sitting for long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
