Role Summary: This role is an hourly full-time position. Primary responsibilities are performing hands-on remediation work and interacting with customers at the job site. Handy skills are great but we will generally be able to provide all training required to perform the work. Responsibilities: Prepare, drive, and maintain the service vehicle and associated

equipment/materials. Explain work to customers Complete remediation tasks such as evaluation, setup, extraction, demolition, breakdown, and monitoring. Document job performance using software and paperwork Train new technicians Help with dispatching, estimates Requirements: Able and willing to: Drive/travel locally in southeast MA area to jobs Work in potentially challenging job sites Work occasional flexible hours/overtime climb ladders, work at height/confined space Walk, stand, drive, sit, perform repetitive labor, lift up to 50lbs Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent, previous work experience Valid license, good driving/record Handy skills/experience handling and operating vehicles, equipment, tools are strongly preferred Able to use/operate technology like computers, smart phones, and tablets Safety/IIRC/etc
