This culture and our strong spirit of teamwork directly benefit our customers, our suppliers, our employees, our planet, and the communities where we live and work.Global Supply Chain AnalystOur Advanced Materials and Catalyst division (AMAC) is hunting for a Global Supply Chain Analyst to be based at our Conshohocken, PA locaton.The Global Supply Chain Analyst provides timely and accurate information derived from SAP, BW, GIB and other primary data sources, to support day-to-day operations of all supply chain functions, key supply chain projects and major improvement initiatives that deliver excellent customer service, lower total costs and Advanced Material and Catalyst (AMAC) business revenue and EBITDA goals.The person in this role works effectively across multiple functions including procurement, finance, operations, sales and marketing, product management and supply chain.In addition, he or she will interact with all levels of the AMAC Business from the President to planners.This role is key to effective and timely business decision-making across the Global Supply Chain Team and AMAC.This role reports to the Global Supply Chain Manager, Zeolyst.Responsibilities:Develops and manages the monthly/weekly supply chain dashboard of KPIs. Manages the monthly/weekly supply chain KPIs reporting process. Supports information for the global, weekly order execution process. Supports the global supply chain leadership team with regular and ad hoc data analyses to solve problems and meet customer service/cost targets. Manages ad hoc, data-intensive supply chain projects assigned by the Global Supply Chain leaders. Brings new data analysis tools and methods to our business to improve data visibility, speed and accuracy. Collaborates effectively with other functions including customer service, logistics, commercial, finance, procurement and operations.Requirements:B.S. in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or other technical field is required.CPIM or CSCP certification from ASCM (APICS) is preferred.Two plus years' experience in a supply chain analyst / data analyst role in a manufacturing company. Ability to gather, analyze and interpret transactional data and communicate business information to support decision-making. Demonstrated ability to use data concisely and communicate effectively in written and graphical ways. Excellent skills with data analysis tools including Power BI, Python, Access. Demonstrated experience with advanced Microsoft Excel commands is required (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and nested IF statements). Experience programming in Python, R, Java, VBA or Matlab is preferred. Excellent skills with SAP BW.Demonstrated creative ability to present information graphically. Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations from his or her analysis.Personal Attributes: Keen interest in and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas including operations, SC, procurement, customer service, sales/marketing and finance to achieve shared goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills GritBias for actionBusiness acumen Integrity
